PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy is a very serious matter for DFW Interactive Marketing Association (DFWIMA). In order to process your credit card request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.
DFWIMA sends monthly event notices and reminders via email. We may periodically send other emails relating to the organization. We will not share, rent or sell your email or membership information with third parties.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for DFWIMA events will be granted if 24 hour advanced notice is given. Refunds for memberships will not be granted. Please contact our Membership Chair for more information.
